The charity is run by a Management Committee which consists of:

     

A representative nominated by each of  the organisations entitled under the governing documents

 

Up to four  members elected by residents  at the Annual General Meeting

 

Up to four members co-opted by a duly constituted Management Committee

About Us

 

Staveley Village Hall and Institute is a registered charity. Its purpose is to provide social and recreational facilities  for the residents of the parish of Staveley with Ings. It owns and maintains the Village Hall and Institute and through a subsidiary charity  it owns and maintains the Recreation Ground with its Pavilion and Children’s Playground. The two charities operate under the name Staveley Village Association.
